Dear Church Family,

As promised, here are the funeral plans for Sis. Shirley Payne. It would mean a lot to the family if we can be a part of this memorial service. Sis. Shirley planned her funeral out in detail, and it will be a blessing, I can assure you!

The family will receive friends at Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk located at 7922 Wise Avenue on Thursday from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM.

Mrs. Payne will lie in state at Calvary Baptist Church 7321 Manchester Road, Dundalk, MD 21222 on Friday from 9 to 10 AM where the funeral service will also be held on Friday at 10 AM.

Interment will be held at Meadowridge Memorial Park located at 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge. Due to the distance from the church, there will be NO procession to the cemetery. Those attending will be asked to drive there on their own after the funeral service.

Twenty-six years ago we were on deputation and this was our prayer card. I am still a missionary today. My mission field now is Baltimore, Maryland. I just don’t have a prayer card and I don’t write prayer letters. And I only have one supporting church. Other than that, nothing has changed. Oh, and I don’t take furloughs. 😎
