We are excited to continue our monthly Shabbat Table Talk study tomorrow, October 17th, after service. We will meet to review and discuss the Torah portion for the week, along with other relevant Bible passages. Everyone is invited to attend, and we look forward to an engaging time of fellowship, sharing, and studying God's word.

Bat Zion Kids Create
Our "Bat Zion Kids Create" class for children ages 8-15 will also continue during the Shabbat Table Talk. Come and be blessed!

Please consider bringing a dish (fruit, salads, small bites, sandwiches, etc.) to share for lunch/oneg before the classes.

Shalom Mishpocha,

Tomorrow is Shemini Atzeret (The Eighth Day of Assembly) and the closing day of The Feast of Tabernacles. This is a joyous time for us, and we encourage you to come and worship the Lord as we celebrate the Feast!

Also tomorrow, in anticipation of Simchat Torah (Rejoicing in the Torah), which falls on Sunday, we will conclude the annual cycle of readings and roll back the Torah scroll from Devarim (Deuteronomy) to B'reisheet (Genesis).

We are grateful to the Lord for giving us Zeman Simchatenu (The Season of
Our Rejoicing), and we look forward to a beautiful time of celebration and ministry. Please invite your friends and family.

Oneg
Following the service, we will again have a time of food and fellowship, and we encourage you to bring a dish to share. Weather permitting, we will have some tables set up for those who wish to eat outside, as we say goodbye to our Sukkah and the Fall Feasts until next year!

Chag Sukkot Sameach Mishpocha!

Join us tomorrow night, Sept. 30th at 7 P.M. for "Sukkot Under the Stars" as we celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles outdoors at Bat Zion. We are in the middle of the festival week (about the time that Yeshua went up to the feast in secret in John chapter 7).



Sukkot is known as Zeman Simchateinu (The Season of Our Rejoicing), and we look forward to a wonderful time of Praise & Worship, Singing, Dancing, Shaking the Lulav, a brief Sukkot message, and more.

Historically, this feast points back to Israel's forty years in the wilderness when they had to dwell in booths (sukkot). Prophetically, it is the culmination of God's appointed times, and points to the second coming of Yeshua and the Millennial age.

Food and Fellowship

We will enjoy a time of good food and fellowship after the service and, as we did on Shabbat, we encourage you to bring a dish to share. Suggested kosher-friendly contributions:

Main Dishes: chicken, pasta dishes, casseroles, small sandwiches

Salads & Sides: lettuce salads, veggie trays, fruit salads, chips & salsa, nuts, snack foods

Desserts: cookies, cakes, and other sweet treats

Bat Zion will provide coffee and beverages.

Please make plans to attend and invite your family and friends to join us in celebrating Yeshua, our soon-coming King! There will be plenty of outdoor seating so we can truly enjoy the meaning of this important festival.

Please note: In the event of rain (slight chance), the service will be moved inside. Additionally, we are aware this is a mid-week event, so it won't go late!
