Nov. 14-21, 2016. See Hours Below. The Duncan Relay Center for Operation Christmas Child is a drop off location for shoebox gifts that are then relayed on to give joy to a child in another country. We serve all of Stephens and Jefferson Counties of Oklahoma. We are located on the NORTH SIDE of First United Methodist Church of Duncan, 2300 N. Country Club Road.
