Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our first night of Family Vacation Bible School! What a blessing it was to see all of the smiling faces as we worshiped, learned, laughed, exercised, and grew together in the Lord. We had an amazing time, and we're just getting started!

We can't wait to see you again tonight for Day 2 as we continue our Snowball Mountain Challenge and discover the strength God gives us. Bring your family, invite a friend, and come ready for another fun-filled evening of faith, fellowship, and adventure!

What an absolutely beautiful afternoon at Tea, Talk & Transformation! πŸ’œβ˜•πŸ‘‘

Thank you to every lady who came and made this gathering so special. Seeing everyone dressed in purple, carrying your beautiful teacups and fans, was simply breathtaking. Those who didn't bring a fan showed such creativity by making their own on the spot, it was a wonderful reminder that beauty and joy can always be created.

Together, we were reminded that we are daughters of the King, royalty in Christ, clothed with strength, dignity, and God's unfailing love.

One of the sweetest surprises of the day was discovering it was Loreen’s birthday! What a blessing it was to pause and celebrate her together. Happy Birthday again, Loreen! πŸŽ‰πŸ’œ

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible Tea, Talk & Transformation Hospitality Team for your servant hearts. Thank you for the setup, beautiful decorations, the delicious food, the thoughtful tea selections, the lovely purple pens, setting up the tables, and for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your love and dedication were evident in every detail.

Most of all, we thank God for the fellowship we shared, the laughter, the conversations across generations, great music, and the reminder that we are sisters in Christ.

My prayer is that every time you use your teacup or fan this week, you'll remember that you are deeply loved, wonderfully made, and forever a daughter of the King.

What a wonderful Sunday morning worship service at DUMC! We are grateful to God for everyone who joined us today. Thank you to all of our family, friends, and guests for sharing in such a beautiful time of worship, fellowship, and encouragement. May God continue to bless each of you throughout the week. Thank God for Youth Sunday at DUMC! We were so tremendously blessed today by these two brothers, and all of our youth today!❀️πŸ₯°

In the first photo, one brother leads us in a powerful congregational prayer that set the tone for the worship service.

In the excitement of the service, we mistakenly skipped the Lord’s Prayer, which his younger brother was scheduled to lead. He was so sad about missing it that, even though the service was over, and some people had already left, we asked the remaining congregation to stay back so the young man could still lead us in prayer. He absolutely blessed us!

Honestly, the entire day was incredible and again, all of our youth were outstanding. From the liturgy and scripture readings to the beautiful praise dance, all of our youth led us with such excellence and grace. May God continue to be glorified in our worship unto οΏΌ the Lord! οΏΌ Happy Sunday!
