A quick message from Pastor David

10/17/2016

Just a reminder to all friends; since Pastor David has had a large amount of extra hours at his "day job", evening meetings this Tuesday, 10/18 and Thursday 10/20 have been temporarily canceled for some rest and recovery time. Tuesday Prayer and Thursday Bible Study will resume on 10/25 and 10/27 respectively. Thank you and have a blessed week!

JUST A REMINDER: This Sunday, September 4, We will hold a Pot Blessing Luncheon beginning 11:30am immediately following morning service, which begins at 9:30am as usual in the first floor Community Room at Gateway Tower. This will probably be our final special event meal in the community room due to the building remodeling beginning this month. We hope to see you Sunday, and look forward to serving in the new space that will be becoming available in the future.

Question for our friends: Does anyone know how to remove the "price range" designation from our "About" section? We don't have a price range. We have never charged a fee for anything and never will.

From Pastor David:

My heartfelt thanks to Pastor Dan Stone and Shannon Stone for opening up their church building to us at Jesus is Life Ministries and providing a light lunch for the memorial service for Pastor Tom Cooper on Thursday, April 21. It touched my heart deeply to see so many friends and relatives come together to share, remember, and celebrate the life of a gentle and strong man of God. He touched many lives deeply, was a good friend and brother, and trusted "right arm" in the ministry. As I move forward, I am grateful to have known him as well as I did, worked with him, confided in him, and shared many joys. It was a great personal pleasure for me to declare open and ready for sharing the "Thomas J. Cooper Memorial Library" section of Enter His Gates Ministries.

We continue onward; and we do so with deepest thanks to all of you who have been such a blessing to us.

God bless you dear friends
-Pastor David
