Just as it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a community to encourage a mom. And we all can play a part in this!

Empower with Encouragement: A little "Great job, mom!" or "You're doing amazing!" can go a long way to boost their morale. Positivity is power, folks! 💪💕

Lend an Ear: Sometimes, all a mom needs is someone to listen. Whether it's a triumph or a trial, offering a listening ear can provide a much-needed outlet. 📞💖

Help out: Offer to babysit, cook a meal, or help with household chores. These small gestures can provide huge relief in a mom's hectic day. 🏡💝

Show Appreciation: Recognize her hard work and sacrifices. It can be as simple as a thank you note or a surprise treat. 💌🍬

Prioritize Her Mental Health: Encourage her to take care of her emotional well-being. Remind her that it's okay to seek help and take time for self-care. 🧘‍♀️💗

Remember, every mom is a superhero, and even superheroes need a little support. So let’s cheer on all the moms out there, because when we uplift one another, we create a ripple effect of positivity and empowerment that can truly change the world. 💃💖🌎

We have updated the shirt/sweatshirt sale!! Orders can be placed between now and our first official meeting on September 21st! They should be done around October 10th, and I'll bring them to our next official gathering! If you would prefer it shipped, I can calculate the fee for that.

Shirts are TOTALLY optional - there is a slight markup that will help fundraise for our group and our outreach this year.

Three items are from Bella + Canvas. The order form includes links to each styles official website, with the color options and sizing details. They are all unisex style.

While the design is specific for our group, if you have a friend, MOPS alumni, or someone that would like one, they can absolutely order for themselves. If someone outside of the group orders within the group shipment, please refer them to email us at [email protected] with who they would like to take their item when they arrive.

You also will have the option to leave off the front Mops logo or the back design. All orders are due by This Friday. Let me know if you have any questions!!

Up next is Mariah! She is going all-in this season, as a small group leader, running our MOPS Kids program and committing to co-coordination. This means that next year she will be one of our coordinators! Mariah is welcoming, determined, and one of the friendliest faces you'll meet in a lifetime. We're so excited to have her on the team.
