We wrapped up our Spirit of God series with a powerful reminder: God does not pursue the perfect, but He perfectly pursues each one of us. 🤍 He fully knows us, meets us in every wilderness, AND never stops reminding us that we are seen, valued, and loved.

Hunger is happening right here in our community.

We all want our giving to make a real difference, and sometimes it’s hard to know where to begin. That’s why here at Eastridge we are partnering with Harvest Pack to provide wholesome nutrient-dense meals for local families facing food insecurity.

Just 30 cents provides one meal! Together, we’re working toward a goal of $7,000 between now and November, which will provide over 23,000 meals for Second Harvest Northland!

Every donation helps us become neighbors who don’t simply see a need, but show up to meet it.

Then on Sunday, November 8 from 6–8pm, we’ll come together to package every one of those meals with our own hands. Can you picture thousands of meals being packed by our church family, ready to reach those facing food insecurity throughout our community? 💚

On Sunday, Young Adult leader, Nate Stewart shared about God’s perfect love: unconditional, unfailing, and sacrificial. Even when sin separated us from Him, God had a plan to restore that relationship through Jesus and give us hope that one day He will make all things new. We also were able to witness and celebrate a baby dedication!

This past Sunday in Kidsridge, we learned about the woman at the well and how Jesus values everyone! 🤍

The kids used a “finger prayer” to pray for others: someone younger, someone who serves our community, a family member, a friend, and even someone they don’t know very well. It was a fun reminder that every person matters to Jesus and should matter to us too! 🙂
