Pastoral Residents and Ministry Interns for Summer 2026!

Are you considering ministry as a future career path or vocation?

At Rock Hill, we are committed to helping equip the next generation of faithful servants of Christ.

Our Pastor Residency program is a 2-year, paid pastoral position for qualified men who want to be trained in the practical elements of church leadership. Our goal is to equip aspiring pastors to step into vocational ministry with confidence and with spiritual, emotional, and relational health as a foundation for sustainable ministry.

Our Ministry Internship is a one-year, part-time paid position for qualified men and women who want to explore the possibility of vocational ministry. Our goal is to provide guidance and experience to those considering a career in ministry.
