Norton Park United Methodist Church Little country church in the city. God loves ALL people and so do we. Come as you are. Sunday School 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Church Service 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

We have experienced several incidents of vandalism at the church over the past week, including a memorial sign being broken from Frank's bench and f***s being smeared on the church doors. We also discovered someone's garden hose cart that was tossed into the church garden.

We are asking our neighbors and church community to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity. If you see something concerning, please contact local law enforcement.

Tomorrow following worship – Ad Board will meet to make plans for the summer.

The Bazaar Craft Table needs your help! Starting in June, every Thursday this summer from 5-8pm, gather in Matt Pursi’s garage and paint ceramics that will be sold at the fall bazaar. You can purchase your project at D&H Ceramics on Grand and work on it with the group. We have basic paint and supplies to get you started and you’ll be able to store your project in the garage. We’re just getting started, so be sure to join us for the fun! For directions or questions: call or text Matt at 218-390-2055.

Cheryl is looking for 4”x6” & 5”x7” frames for a project for the garden tour. Please bring them to church if you have any to donate.

Sat., Aug. 1 is the 24th annual Western Garden Tour & Continental Breakfast.

Texts will be sent out as needed for the summer months instead of weekly. Have an awesome summer!

Today, 2 – 5pm Grad party for David Cornell at Northridge Park in Esko.

Tomorrow – Graduation Sunday for David Cornell, Michael Cornell & Carter Northey. Please let Tudy or Kathy know today if there are any more graduates from our church.

Tomorrow – all loose money will be designated for our Missions fund.

Today, 10 – 11am - You are invited to bring red geraniums for our memorial garden to church with the pot wrapped in aluminum foil, shiny side out, then please sign the list.

Tomorrow is the last day of Sunday School until Fall.

Tomorrow, 5 – 7pm - Youth Group will meet for a Youth Induction Ceremony for the new Confirmands. Please read Group Me. Supper will be provided.

Pastor Jasen Elcombe will be our preacher tomorrow & next Sunday.

Thursday, 5pm – Highway clean-up on both sides of Grand Ave. from West Duluth freeway entrance to past 85th Ave. W. Supper will be waiting for you as you finish. Please sign-up on the list - “many hands make light work”.
