Thomas Village Baptist Church Awana AWANA serves youth ages 3 to 18, teaching them the Word of God through verse memorization and fun! The program is for all youth, including teenagers.

Thomas Village Baptist Church is one of approximately 12,000 churches in over 110 countries with an AWANA program. The name of the program has a biblical origin, II Timothy 2:15, Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, and is a ministry that assists churches in reaching children with the gospel. The groups meet from 5 to 7 p.m. each Sunday night, September through May. The groups include:

Cubbies - pre

schoolers, 3- and 4-year old children. Sparks - kindergarten through 2nd grade children. Truth and Training - 3rd grade through 6th grade youth. Trek - middle school youth. Journey - high-school youth.
