Revival starts Sunday night at 7 with Bro. Franklin Dunn bringing the message. Sonny and Jo Love will be leading the music the 17th.

We will have a potluck meal at 6 Tuesday the 17th.

We will be having our 125th anniversary celebration September 14th at 11 a.m. We will be having a potluck lunch following the service with a singing to follow the meal.

One of the sweetest ladies I have known. She will definitely be missed.

Katie Lee Morman, age 88, of Duck Hill passed away Monday, June 3, 2024 at the Grenada Living Center. She was born November 1, 1935, in Montgomery County to the late Thomas Woods and Susie Simmons Woods.
Katie was a loving wife and mother. She was a faithful member of Unity Baptist Church.

Katie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Richard Morman.

She is survived by two sons, Gary Richard Morman of Duck Hill and Manly Morman of Grenada; two sisters, Peggy Wooten of Kennesaw, Georgia, and Rosie Mitchell of Grenada; one grandson, Garrett Morman of Brandon; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Mortimer National Funeral Home in Grenada. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 at the Mortimer National Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Lane officiating. Burial will follow in Red Hill Cemetery near Duck Hill.

Mortimer National Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
