So come, let us worship: bow before him, on your knees before God, who made us! Oh yes, he's our God, and we're the people he pastures, the flock he feeds. Drop everything and listen, listen as he speaks: "Don't turn a deaf ear as in the Bitter Uprising, As on the day of the Wilderness Test, when your ancestors turned and put me to the test. For forty years they watched me at work among them, as over and over they tried my patience. And I was provoked
—oh, was I provoked! 'Can't they keep their minds on God for five minutes? Do they simply refuse to walk down my road?' Exasperated, I exploded, 'They'll never get where they're headed, never be able to sit down and rest.""

In what way do you need to come before
God today?

Pause and think about who God is and what He has done for you, and give Him whatever worship comes to mind.

Just a reminder: GOD is still good.
Still faithful.
Still present.
Still making a way out of no way.

Even in the moments we question Him…
Even when the doors close…
Even when the prayers feel delayed…
God is still working behind the scenes.

Some of the battles you survived were only by His grace.
Some of the opportunities you received were nothing but favor.
Some of the strength you carry today came from God holding you together when nobody else knew you were falling apart.

Don’t let a hard season make you forget who God has been.
He’s the same God that provided before, protected before, healed before, and opened doors before. And He’ll do it again. 🤍✨

⚠️ STOP SCROLLING. THIS IS WHAT A SECOND CHANCE LOOKS LIKE.

Some of these photos are from this year's services/ events.
Some are from last year.
And some of these people… were once counted out, locked up, and left behind.

Now look at them.

This is Second Chance.

This is where people come after being told they’ll never be more than their past… and leave knowing that’s a lie.

What is it?
A space for the overlooked, the judged, the written-off—to be seen, heard, and restored.

Why does this even exist?
Because society is quick to lock people up… but slow to welcome them back.
Because too many people come home with no support, no direction, and no hope.
Because we refuse to let their story end like that.

When?
Not just one Sunday. Not just one moment.
This is ongoing. Consistent. Intentional.

How?
Real conversations. Real people. Real faith.

We are still hosting Second Chance Services throughout the year, and we are expanding across Georgia and beyond.

This month alone, we’ve already served in multiple communities, and we’re just getting started.

What is Second Chance Services?
A faith-centered gathering where people impacted by incarceration and reentry are welcomed, supported, and restored through community and action.

Why churches matter:
Because reentry doesn’t just need programs… it needs the Church.
We cannot preach transformation and ignore restoration.
We cannot talk about hope and stay disconnected from the people who need it most.

When the Church shows up, lives change.

How to get involved:
• Host a Second Chance Service
• Partner with us in your community
• Provide space, volunteers, or resources
• Help us expand this work

We are not just asking for support, we are calling for a partnership in purpose.

At Compassion Advocate, this is what reentry should feel like: real support, real love, and no judgment.

If you’ve been impacted by incarceration, have questions about reentry, or are walking this journey with someone you love, we’re here for you.

Join us for two nights in Augusta:

Tuesday, April 21st
102 S. Belair Rd, Martinez, GA

Wednesday, April 22nd
2264 Willis Foreman Rd, Hephzibah, GA

7:00 PM both nights

You’ll hear real stories of transformation, connect with a supportive community, and be reminded that your past does not define your future.
