St John’s UCC youth and you f adults (7th grade to college-aged)….:
Come join us on Saturday, April 30th from 10 AM to 2 PM for our first Youth/Young Adult Workshop at Liberty Church. It will be an exciting time of learning, growing and sharing life’s challenges as we go deeper on several topics! We want to equip our youth and young adults to become more grounded in their faith, so on Saturday, April 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. we're hosting a workshop featuring 20-minute sessions with seasoned Christian speakers.

It’s been a minute since we’ve had our youth together, so we had a small group show up for some food, games and a lot of laughs! Merry Christmas to all of our youth!!

It is youth Christmas Party Day!!!💚❤️ Due to the low number of people that can attend we have changed the end time to 10pm instead of staying overnight. Lots of fun stuff planned and wear anything from Christmas attire, pajamas, or comfy casual. Come hungry and let us know if you need a ride home from the youth leaders. Let us know if you can come and if you're bringing a party buddy😀

Planning our annual Christmas Lock-In for December 22. The kids can bring a friend. This year we ask they bring one item for the Blessings Box at Maxton Rosado funeral home. Food or personal care items. Fun starts at 7pm and come hungry!

We had another successful Sunday Funday with our new Youth United Group! Fellowship, tacos, a lesson, glo-BINGO, prayer ans songs. You just can’t beat it! Remember even though every day isn’t going to be good, you can still find JOY in every day. You may have to look harder on some days than others, but it is there.

We had a great night at our Youth United meeting last night! We enjoyed supper, fellowship, prayer, games and songs! We talked about how to have Peace in our lives and how to spread it to others. In a world so full of despair and anger and fear, we can bring hope, love, joy, light and faith to those we meet. We know that our generation can make a difference!

It has been a long time since we have posted on here. Even longer since we have seen our kids. We would like to announce our new middle and high school age group, "YOUTH UNITED". We will be safely gathering once a month to reconnect with each other and with Christ. Our first meeting is February 21, 5:30-7 for Partners in Peace & Pizza. Watch for invites in the mail.
