This coming Sunday (Nov. 21) the Du Quoin Ministerial Alliance will hold its Community Thanksgiving Service at our church at 3:00 PM.

We are going for an earlier time, this year, to accommodate worshippers who find it difficult to drive after dark.

The Rev. Jim Endsley of the First Baptist Church will be the preacher and yio will have a chance to meet the Rev. Amanda Groves who is the new pastor at the First Christian Church.

It's been two years since our community worshipped together, please join us for this special service!

Okay...it's not gonna be THAT bad.

But, the church boiler will not be on this weekend, so the sanctuary will probably be a bit on the cool side. We advise you dress accordingly.

It's the time of year when you usually have to layer, anyway.
