🧴 TOILETRY DRIVE FOR DRYDEN STUDENTS! 🪥

Asbury Church is collecting toiletries and other essentials to support students and families in the Dryden School District! ❤️

We have bags ready for you to grab at church, each with a simple shopping list. Fill a bag with approximately $10–$20 worth of new toiletry items and bring it back to church.

🧦 We’re also collecting NEW socks and underwear for students of all ages and sizes!

📅 Please return all donations by Sunday, September 20.

Grab a bag—or a couple!—this Sunday and help us care for kids and families right here in our community. Small acts of generosity can make a BIG difference! ❤️

☀️ Somehow summer is basically OVER. 😭

Preseason sports have started, school schedules have been handed out, and everyone is trying to squeeze in that last little bit of summer before it’s too late! 😂

Before the school-year craziness officially takes over, come spend Sunday morning with us!

Yesterday was such a special day at Asbury! ❤️🙌

We had the joy of celebrating 10 people who took their next step with Jesus through water baptism! What an incredible thing to witness—and how special that we were able to host the baptisms right here on our own property in Virgil Creek. 💦✝️

We also celebrated some of our graduates as they prepare to head off to college and into their next chapter, and of course, we finished the day together with ice cream sundaes! 🍨🎓

We are so thankful for the community God has built here. There are so many ways to connect and grow in the months ahead:

❤️ Small Groups are starting back up in September
🙌 Teen events will start up each month
🌟 Kids programming happens every week during our Sunday service
⛪ And there are plenty of opportunities to worship, serve, and simply do life together.

Whether you’ve been part of Asbury for years or you’re looking for a church community to call home, there’s a place for you here.

It is such a joy to be part of the Dryden community and to see what God is doing right here in our own backyard! ❤️

Dr. Melissa and her husband of 20 years are Senior Pastors of The Tabernacle in Houston, Texas. She is a sought after preacher, educator and author. It is her desire to help individuals have an intimate relationship with God, become rooted in His Word, and enjoy their journey as they live out their God-given purpose.
