Today at Asbury, we were reminded that God’s love is steady, unconditional, and never dependent on our best or worst days. And because we’ve been loved so deeply, we’re called to go and love our community the same way. 💛

🎣☀️ What an AMAZING morning at our Learn to Fish Clinic! ☀️🎣

We had 79 people come out to enjoy nearly perfect weather, beautiful time along the creek, a few fish caught, lots of laughs, and so many new friendships made. What a gift it was to open up our property and creek frontage to our community and simply enjoy the day together.

A huge THANK YOU to DYOF (Dryden Youth Opportunity Fund) for the grant that allowed us to purchase fishing gear and tackle for this event—equipment that will continue to help make future fishing opportunities accessible for families in our community.

Thank you as well to the NYS DEC for allowing this to be an official Learn to Fish Clinic, making it possible for everyone to participate with no fishing license required.

And to our amazing volunteers—THANK YOU! ❤️ From grilling hot dogs, serving snow cones, helping kids (and adults!) bait hooks and cast lines, setting up, cleaning up, and everything in between… this day wouldn’t have happened without you.

We love seeing our community come together like this.
