Hey FBCDS Kidmin Families! Our theme this month reminds us that God never changes. In rock climbing, you trust solid holds, strong anchors and a secure rope. In our everyday lives, God is that steady foundation. Even when situations shift or feel uncertain, God remains faithful, powerful and true. We can always rely on God, no matter what we face. God is unchanging—the Rock we can trust every step of the climb. - Brite Curriculum

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” — Romans 6:23
Good food, good fellowship, and a great reminder of what it means to be a good neighbor.
After worship this past Sunday, we gathered together for a potluck and prayer, sharing a meal and encouraging one another to live out the love of Christ in our communities.
We’ve been given a gift we could never earn. Now we get to share that gift with others.

“And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.” — Acts 2:42

From greeting one another and sharing a hug, to lifting our voices in worship, opening God’s Word, hearing the sermon, and watching our children learn about Jesus—every part of Sunday is an opportunity to connect, grow, and worship together.

Watch our kickoff video and join us as we look toward the future together.
Rooted in the past. Faithful in the present. For generations to come.

ROOTED, FOR GENERATIONS TO COME

"God has given us a vision for the church He is calling us to become: a church of Hope. Healing. Home.

HOPE — We know that God alone offers real hope. We want to be a church that loves lost people, welcomes the unchurched, engages in spiritual conversations, and declares the Gospel through both our words and our lives.

HEALING — King Jesus heals the mind, heart, body, and soul. We want to provide real help to our community—serving those in need, blessing students and teachers, supporting families, providing counseling, and discipling people of all ages into a growing relationship with Jesus.

HOME — We want to be a church that models the Gospel in the home, strengthens marriages, welcomes singles, divorced, and widowed people, and loves and serves families in every stage of life. We are a multi-generational church, and we want to reach the generations to come.

Our vision is our God-inspired dream of what we can and should be. But some of our aging facilities have become a barrier to the ministries God has called us to pursue.

We are surrounded by a growing population of people who do not know Christ—people who need Hope, Healing, and Home. We believe God has placed us here, for this moment and for the generations to come.

We know our mission because God wrote it down for us. And we believe He has given us a God-inspired vision for where He is taking us.

Hope. Healing. Home.
Rooted, for generations to come." - Pastor Clay Barton

“Lift up your hands to the holy place and bless the Lord!” — Psalm 134:2
A room full of raised hands is a beautiful picture of a church turning its attention toward Jesus.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to worship together, give God the glory He deserves, and remind one another of His goodness and faithfulness.
