Deacon Tom invited all the children up to help him explain how not to lose Jesus among all the gifts, lights, distractions and things of this world. It was a beautiful sight to see how they each exemplified being a child of God. Something for us to ponder and emulate. God bless you with a Happy CHRISTmas!

Join our parish in praying the St. Andrew Christmas Novena. This prayer, prayed 15 times each day from today through December 24th, is piously believed to grant a favor from Jesus. God bless you this Advent season!

We celebrate and honor our Parish Patron St. Andrew the Apostle on his feast day today. His shield is an X-shaped cross upon which he was crucified because he deemed himself unworthy of dying in the same manner as Our Lord. Resting on the shield is a double fishhook showing Andrew as a fisherman as well as a “fisher of men.” The reliquary holds a first-class relic (a bone fragment) of St. Andrew. May St. Andrew, the first called, intercede for all our special intentions most especially today! St. Andrew the Apostle, pray for us!
