Not everyone at Moran Cemetery is a Moran. Nora Insco Grubb was the daughter of William C. Insco and Edith Leuwellan. She was first married to J.W. Craig Sept 19 1897 in Weakley. Her second husband was C.I Grubb, married on January 26 1900 also in Weakley. She is interred with Baby Grubb.

Eliza Moran was born Feb. 21 1810 in Kentucky and died in Dresden on Jan 9, 1871. In 1870, she was living in the home of her niece Agnes Moran who was married to B.D. Irvine. You may remember B.D. gave the cemetery land to the Moran family. Agnes' brother J.W. Moran was also living in the Irvine household. When he set up his own home and family he would eventually build the Victorian home that would become known as Moran Place.
