🌟 Member Spotlight: Mrs. Dawn 🌟
If you’ve ever walked through the doors of First United Methodist Church and been greeted with a warm smile, chances are you’ve met Mrs. Dawn. Her friendly spirit and welcoming heart help make our church feel like home from the very first hello.
Dawn shares, “Mark and I moved to Dresden in 2009 when he was appointed to Dresden 1st UMC. It didn't take me long to realize that Dresden was the place I wanted to spend the rest of my life. I love the area and the people and I love my church. I loved the way we pulled together as a church membership when the tornado destroyed our church home in 2021. To me, this is not just a church membership, it is family. My prayer is that we will grow our congregation and embrace the missions that God sets before us.”
