Join us as we celebrate 100 years of faith, fellowship, and God’s faithfulness at the Drayton Lutheran Church Centennial Celebration Worship Service!
🗓 Sunday, July 19
🕥 Worship Service: 10:30 a.m.
🍽️ Meal to follow
As part of the celebration, you’ll also have the opportunity to view the beautiful Wednesday Worship student paintings created throughout this past year. Each 16” × 20” canvas reflects a Bible story or verse that inspired our students and their faith journey.

The original paintings will be on display and available in a silent auction during the Centennial Celebration. Each student will receive a photograph of their artwork to keep, while proceeds from the auction will help support our Wednesday Worship ministry and future faith-filled learning opportunities for our children.

Come worship together, enjoy a meal and fellowship, and look ahead with hope as God continues to guide our congregation.

Tonight was our last night of WW for the season, and what a special way to end!
Students used their creativity to paint scenes and ideas from Bible lessons and the things that meant the most to them this year. From love and kindness to stories of Jesus, it was so fun to see what they chose to remember and share through their artwork. 🎨✝️

We had a great evening discussing what it really means to follow Jesus! We even took our lesson outside for a round of follow the leader, but talked about how following Jesus isn’t just copying someone’s steps… it’s choosing to love others, be kind, forgive, and shine His light every day. 👣💛
Students also shared and began thinking about their favorite lessons from this year as we get ready to turn those ideas into something special for our upcoming project. It’s been fun to reflect on everything we’ve learned about Jesus and how we can live it out!

This week our students really got into the lesson! Jumping right into acting and sharing ideas as we talked about the most important truth of all… Jesus is still alive! 🙌
We also talked about the commands Jesus gives us and what that looks like in our lives—to love one another, forgive, and let our light shine. It was so fun to see their excitement and hear their thoughts as they made those connections. ❤️💡
