Enjoy this pretty neat full circle moment that occurred this week during the DPC Mom’s Brunch on the Bridge to mark the end of summer/back to school. In Pastor Becca’s hands is a copy of the new PC(USA) Planning Calendar – which features a great photo of a previous gathering of the Moms Group on the page for November 2027. The photo shows them helping to prepare the meal for our guests at the Code Blue Shelter (which DPC hosts each February to provide a warm meal and a safe place to sleep for those in need during the coldest months).

Thanks to all of your energy and enthusiasm, DPC’s All Church Backyard Block Party was a perfect end of summer celebration. From planning, to setup, to serving, to cleanup – many hands make easy work -- and many, MANY side dishes prepared and brought by all of you. Good food, great times, and special memories.
