Last September 06, 2026, Brethren from Los Angeles celebrated PWD Day. MCGI PWD Day is a special celebration dedicated to brethren who are Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).

MCGI PWD Day is a celebration of love and inclusion—a day to honor our beloved brethren with disabilities and remind them that they are never forgotten. Through simple acts of kindness, meaningful fellowship, free services, and gifts, MCGI seeks to show that every person has value and a special place in the brotherhood. It is a beautiful reminder that true Christian love is expressed not only through words, but through compassion, service, and genuine care for one another.

Last Saturday, July 25,2026, MCGI Los Angeles takes part in community service through the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. This reflects the Church’s commitment to living out Christian values through acts of kindness and compassion. By volunteering to sort, inspect, and pack food for distribution, the brethren help provide nourishment to children, families, seniors, and individuals facing food insecurity throughout Los Angeles County.

More than simply offering assistance, these volunteer efforts demonstrate the importance of serving others with sincerity, humility, and love, without expecting anything in return. Working side by side also strengthens the unity and fellowship among the brethren while making a meaningful contribution to the community. Through these acts of service, MCGI continues to share not only physical help but also the spirit of compassion and goodwill that inspires hope and uplifts the lives of others.

United with the brethren around the world, hearts were lifted in worship, glorifying God for His boundless mercy and love.

On July 04, 2026, Brethren from both locales of Central and North Los Angeles takes part in celebrating the special day for Widows, Widowers and Single Parents. This a special occasion in the Members Church of God International (MCGI) dedicated to honoring and caring for brethren who have lost a spouse or are raising children on their own. It reflects the biblical teaching to care for those in need, especially widows and the fatherless, as taught in James 1:27.

The purpose of this special day is to remind everyone that God sees and values those who have experienced loss or who faithfully carry the responsibilities of raising a family alone. Through the love of the brethren, MCGI seeks to strengthen their faith, lighten their burdens, and assure them that they are cherished members of the body of Christ.

THANKSGIVING IN THE LOCALE OF CENTRAL LOS ANGELES: WHERE LOVE GROWS AND BLESSINGS OVERFLOW

A blessed day of Thanksgiving of God's People unfolded as the brethren of the Locale of Central Los Angeles gathered as one on July 04, 2026. With hearts overflowing with gratitude and joy, they lifted their voices together in hymns of praise and thanksgiving.

It was another memory to cherish, a powerful reminder that sharing God’s love with one another is a precious blessing.

Another blessed day has been witnessed by God’s grace. We thank Him for allowing us to gather once again, to hear His words, strengthen our faith, and be reminded never to grow weary in giving thanks or in doing good.

As we concluded the 3rd day of the 2nd Quarter SPBB, our hearts filled with gratitude to our Almighty God for blessing us with another successful gathering filled with faith, hope, and love. As we continue our sojourn on this earth, may we remain steadfast in walking according to His will, always giving Him the glory, honor, and thanksgiving He deserves.
