Our Lady of Perpetual Help School is located in Downey, California and has been educating children si We have a 100% acceptance rate to Catholic High Schools.

OLPH School educates children from Transitional Kindergarten (4 year olds) through 8th Grade. OLPH Alumni are currently attending USC, UCLA, Brown University, Yale University, Harvard University, Notre Dame University, LMU, Loyola Chicago, Arizona University, Whittier College, Mount St. Mary College, and many more.

Happy Father’s Day
to those who are Fathers, Godfathers, Grandfathers, Uncles and Father figures!

God took the strength of a mountain,
The majesty of a tree,

The calm of a quiet sea,

We celebrated our 8th grade students with their award luncheon and Promotion Mass in the church yesterday surrounded by those that have motivated and inspired them.

It is with a heavy heart we share the passing of Mrs. Hansen.

Mrs. Hansen was a pillar of the OLPH school community for many years as a student, parent and teachers aide. She was an involved as a room parent when her son’s Nick and Zach attended OLPH. She was a Teacher’s Aide working along side Mrs. Segura from 1999-2014.

Service details are pending and will be shared when they are set. We as that you please keep her husband, children and the rest of their family in thought and prayer.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace.

Memorial Day 🇺🇸

On this Memorial Day, we pray for all members of
the military, especially those who died in service to others. May we honor them by loving and caring for all those they have left behind. Give them strength and strengthen our commitment to caring for those who mourn their loss.
