Continuing our “Known” series - “Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith— that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death,”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭3‬:‭8‬-‭10‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Kicked off our new series “KNOWN” and celebrated a merge of 2 ministries 1 year ago!

To highlight what it means to be known we asked a newly married couple to answer some questions about each other! They did pretty good! Yoshinoya should sponsor Javi!

And after we enjoyed some Handmade food to recognize and celebrate our one year merge! Just over a year ago we asked ourselves: “Could we accomplish more together than separately?”

Yes. We have united under God’s mission for His Church! 🙌

John 17:3 ESV
And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.

Big Idea: Eternal life is knowing God through Jesus Christ, and knowing Him changes how we live. To know Jesus and make Him known.

Know: Eternal life is more than knowing facts about God; it is knowing God personally through Jesus Christ.

Do: Pursue knowing God, not just knowing about Him, and invite others to know Him as well.

Colossians 1:23 ESV
23 If indeed you continue in the faith, stable and steadfast, not shifting from the hope of the gospel that you heard, which has been proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, became a minister.

Lev Church | First ever VBS
*“What a mess!”*
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬ ‭ESV‬‬
-
No matter how messy life can get, God can clean us!

Thank you parents for entrusting your children to our team. We pray they had a blast making a mess and hearing the Gospel.

Real life testimony from a Mom: “I’m glad this mess was not at my house” 🏠
Real life testimony from a Dad: “they had pizza?!”🍕
Real life testimony from a kid: “aaaahhhh!” 🤩
