More information is: FREE basketball competition! Kids ages 9-14 are invited to participate in a Youth Free Throw Shooting Contest on Sunday, January 12th at St. Mary of Gostyn. ANYONE can participate and it's FREE (no affiliation to the parish or school required). Shooting begins at 1:30 pm with winners announced ~4:00 pm (come when you can within that window). I celebrated Sunday mass at Chandler, AZ at St. Juan Diego Catholic Church and met fellow Brothers from KOC Council 16277. First of all the church is beautiful and pleasantly surprised that it was a full house. My brother Knights were a pleasure to talk with and very welcoming. Vivat Jesus!

It is with heavy heart that we inform you that we have lost a great man. Sir Knight James Massura, passed away suddenly last Friday. Jim was integral part of our council and he will be truly missed.

Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon him. May the soul of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
