Join us this Sunday at 9:00 am for Sunday School followed by the Worship Hour at 10:00 am. Then at 1:00 we invite you to come to a Singspiration Service. We will sing your favorite hymns and choruses around the piano in the fellowship hall and share testimonies.

We are requesting prayer for Dave and Deb Jones' son, Dave Jr. who was hospitalized last evening with a collapsed lung. This is the third such experience he has had. He is currently receiving help from Mercy Hospital. Please pray for him, his wife Sarah, and three children as they trust for the Lord's help and provision through this time.
Also, thank you for praying for Vi Yost who did come through her cancer surgery well and is back home. Pray for her recovery and that the margins of the cancer removal will be clear. She should receive the results of that testing next week.

Thank you for your faithful prayers on behalf of these needs!

The gentle splash of the paddlewheel reminds you of a bygone era, but this modern-day sternwheeler has all the amenities to make your sentimental journey tranquil and relaxing. The Gem is a clean and comfortable boat, United States Coast Guard Approved and Handicapped Accessible. The lower deck is climate controlled and houses a snack shop, and restrooms. She can carry up to 296 passengers. Unwind and be inspired aboard the Valley Gem.
Join us for a late morning sightseeing and educational cruise aboard the Valley Gem on Tuesday, September 1rst . We will leave the church at 9:15 to travel to Marietta and board the Valley Gem by 11:30 am. Enjoy the relaxing cruise as the Captain shares the river history for about 45 minutes of the tour. After the tour we can have lunch at the Boat House BBQ just 5 minutes from the dock. You can eat inside or outside and enjoy the view along the Ohio River.

Cost for the Valley Gem is: Seniors 55+ - $16.00 Adults - $18.00 Children 3-12 $8.00. Sign up at the back table. You can come without a reservation and pay when you arrive. Any questions please call the church office 330-343-3413.

Please be in prayer for Bill Alexander as he is currently being examined at the emergency room for some high blood pressure issues. It is not known yet if he will need to be hospitalized and if so, how to best care for Nadine in the meantime. Your prayers are greatly appreciated!

Carolyn Zehnder is home. Surgery went well, but we need to keep her in our prayers as she recovers and has rehab.

Join us tomorrow evening at 6:00 pm to hear The Gospel Heralds from Appalachian Bible College. This summer Ministry Team travels across the country serving in churches. Their program is mainly vocal music, but the team also ministers through drama, testimonies, and musical instruments. A Dessert Fellowship will follow the service.
