Did they deserve it?

In Luke 13, Jesus is told about a horrific tragedy.
His response turns the question back on us.

Preaching cohort this morning.

These men got up early, brought sermons they had prepared, preached them, and helped one another grow in handling God’s Word.

They did it while working, raising families, and carrying all the responsibilities of everyday life.

Proud of these men and grateful for their commitment to grow as husbands, fathers, and churchmen.

Jesus points us somewhere better.

Not “When is He coming?”
