Dr. Ira Roach III saw his parents divorced at age 4 and developed a mentality of blame and guilt, “it’s my fault. Years of carrying around unnecessary guilt led him down a journey of brokenness, depression, low self-esteem and most of all a poverty-stricken (small) mindset. Years of being stuck and not knowing how to “unstuck,” his life from 26-40 years old had lows. His low self-confidence affected relationships, creativity and he finally struck his version of rock bottom. He was divorced after 14 years, faced public humiliation and three failed attempts of being an entrepreneur. His breakthrough came after he enlisted the help of a counselor and discovered his “breakthrough.” In 2017, his life changed when he understood what his gift was to the world. Dr Ira hopes to add value and help millions of people who don’t know where to start. He has adopted a popular saying that his mentor gave him: “from small town to big stage!

"Even Leaders Walk Through It"

I’ll be honest — fear and anxiety don’t care about titles, calling, or experience.
They show up uninvited, and sometimes they hit hard.
And yes… I’m walking through one of those seasons right now.
But here’s what I’m learning (again):
You don’t get through battles by isolating — you get through by connecting.
I thank God for the village around me… the voices that pray, encourage, and remind me who I am in Him.

Right now, I’m leaning into growth and feeding my faith through two powerful reads:
📘 How Do I Deal With Anxiety and Fear? — John Ragsdale
📗 Overcoming the Spirit of ___ — Dyheim T. Watson Sr.

This is not the season to do life alone.
If you’re fighting silently — reach out.
Support is strength, not weakness.
I’m still moving forward.
Still trusting.
Still growing.
And I believe you will overcome too.
