💜 Deacon Euriel Campbell

As Zion Hill’s oldest member, Deacon Campbell represented a beautiful part of our church’s history, faith, and legacy. His presence, wisdom, faithfulness, and love touched generations, and we are forever grateful for the many years God blessed us with him.

Please keep the Campbell family and our entire Zion Hill family lifted in prayer during this difficult time. May God surround us with His peace, strength, and comfort as we remember a life that meant so much to so many.

Sunday was a truly historic and unforgettable day in the life of Zion Hill Baptist Church Truth Center.

We were honored to celebrate our beloved Bishop James Wright as he was officially named Pastor Emeritus, recognizing more than 45 years of faithful, unwavering service to Zion Hill, our community, and the Kingdom of God. Your legacy of leadership, love, and dedication will continue to inspire generations to come.

We also joyfully welcomed and installed Reverend Henry J. Pitts as the new Pastor of Zion Hill Baptist Church. We pray God's richest blessings upon him as we begin this new chapter of leadership and ministry.

To everyone who worshiped and celebrated with us, thank you for making this day so special. We are especially grateful to Sheriff Tim Pounds, Willie Watkins Funeral Home Douglasville, State Representative Kimberly Alexander and the countless others that gave heartfelt tributes honoring Bishop Wright's remarkable years of service.

Today, we celebrated a legacy, honored a servant, and embraced a new beginning.

Congratulations, Bishop Wright and Pastor Pitts! May God continue to bless Zion Hill Baptist Church for generations to come.

A very special Happy Father's Day to our own beloved Pastor, Bishop James Wright, Jr. Thank you for your faithful leadership, unwavering dedication, and the many ways you shepherd and inspire the Zion Hill Baptist Church family. We are grateful for your example of faith, integrity, and service.
