Men are deluded by their pride when they think they love God, yet do not love to please Him.

Who does not know that it is a law of our being that we delight to please those whom we love, and always shape our conduct accordingly?

Love will have a kind of omnipotent influence upon us affecting everything we do.

Love has this influence in every relation of life--between husbands and wives--parents and children.

Who does not know it? Who does not know that if the husband love his wife or the wife love her husband, every word and every act will show it; every word and every act will come under the influence of a desire to please, a desire to promote the real interest of the party loved?

It can not be otherwise.

It is in the very nature of love to study to please, and to seek the happiness of its object. Withdraw this element from love and what is there left?

Hence it is impossible that true love to God can exist, and yet with it no desire to please Him and do his will.

The heart of love will be continually raising the question--"Lord, what wilt Thou have me to do?" "Lord, how shall I most fully please Thee?"

What then shall we think of those thousands of nominal Christians who profess to love God, and yet do nothing to please God, and everything to please themselves?

Every day and hour they are doing things and indulging states of mind which they know God must abhor, and yet they flatter themselves that they love God! What delusion!

Men think they are willing to be Christians, yet do not consider what is implied in it.

They satisfy themselves with the loosest notions of this subject; else how could they fail to see that they are not Christians, and really have no intention to be?

For consider, what is implied in being a Christian? Nothing less than a total renunciation of all self-seeking--a hearty confession of sin--in one's inmost soul renouncing it, once for all, and forever; and a perfect consecration of ourselves to the service and pleasure of God.

Of course this implies a breaking up of all our selfish associations and habits--a real change--so that it may most truly be said--"If any man be in Christ he is a new creature. Old things are passed away; behold all things are become new."

🙌 MIRACLE STORY FROM ASHEVILLE NC

There has been no running water in Asheville for weeks….until now.

Miracle: Pastor Winston Parrish and his team at Trinity Baptist Church in Asheville prayed an emotional prayer of desperation over a specific spot in their parking lot, for God to provide clean water. 😭😭😭

Then they called for two wells to be drilled in that spot.

They not only found water, but after testing, there has been no bacteria found, no hard water present and it has been deemed sweet clean mountain water producing 35 gallons per minute in two 285 foot wells, with the well permit approved immediately!

Come on, Jesus!!! Only He can provide like this! 💦💦💦

They are inviting the community to bring containers to fill with this fresh water. Also providing basic needs on their grounds like a hot meals and showers.

To God be ALL the glory! 🙏🙌🔥

IS YOUR HOME SPIRITUALLY HEALTHY?

Your home can be a place of peace and calm in the midst of a chaotic world. Or your home can be the opposite if it's not spiritually healthy.

⚠️ POSSIBLE SIGNS OF A SPIRITUALLY UNHEALTHY HOME
👉 Demonic manifestations - physical objects moving, lights turning off/on, unexplainable noises, etc.
👉 Recurrent bad dreams and/or nightmares
👉 Insomnia or restless sleep
👉 Behavioral problems
👉 Relational problems, continual fighting, arguing
👉 Lack of peace
👉 Restless, disturbed children
👉 Unexplained illness
👉 Recurring mold, bug, wasp, or ant infestation
👉 Fatigue, exhaustion not relieved by rest and sleep
👉 Atmospheric heaviness, making it hard to breathe

As the owner of your home, you have spiritual authority in your home, and you determine the spiritual condition of your home.

Evil can affect places and environments such as homes.

If you feel uneasy about your home atmosphere, here is what you should do.

Demonic spirits are welcome in a home if there are items that are connected to or affiliated with the kingdom of darkness. These items give the enemy a legal right to be in a place and torment the people who are there.

These items must be gotten rid of so that God’s Spirit can take dominion in the house and change the spiritual atmosphere of your house from chaos to peace.

HOW TO CLEANSE YOUR HOME

Go through your house, one room at a time, asking the Holy Spirit to highlight any items that are connected to the kingdom of darkness that you need to get rid of.

How do you know what to keep and what to dispose of?

Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to highlight things in your home that should not be there.

What feeling does the item give you?

Do you have a check in your spirit or an uneasiness about the item?

Here is a list of possible things to look for:

🔎 Things related to heathen worship (voodoo dolls, spirit masks, snakes, dragons, thunderbirds, phoenixes, etc.) Or objects specifically cursed by others

🔎 Things related to past sin or to unholy soul ties (necklaces, rings, love letters from past relationships, photos, diaries, journals)

🔎 Things with an unknown history which are not inherently evil by design, such as wood figurines, pictures, tourist purchases

🔎 Any objects used in witchcraft or psychic activities, such as fortune telling, Ouija boards, tarot cards, charms, crystals, pendulums, etc.

🔎 Games such as “Dungeons & Dragons,” “Masters of the Universe,” “Pokemon” (meaning “pocket monster”)

🔎 Buddhist, Hindu, Native American, or other Eastern worship-type artifacts, such as dream catchers

🔎 Good luck charms

🔎 Halloween decorations or costumes with demonic or evil themes.

🔎 Items or books related to Satanism, witchcraft, New Age, zodiac, crescent moon, crystal ball, pyramids, or martial arts

🔎 Things or books related to astrology, horoscopes, and geomancy, or to certain authors (Edgar Cayce, Jean Dixon, etc.)

🔎 Comic books, rock posters, hard rock music, and materials with obvious images of evil

🔎 Pornographic materials of any kind (videos, books, magazines, pay-per-view cable or satellite TV channels)

🔎 Art with obvious demonic representations, such as snakes, spirits, death, gargoyles, skulls, dragons, etc.

🔎 Items or books relating to secret societies like freemasonry (Masons, etc.), Eastern Star, Knights of Malta, Skull and Bones, such as masonic aprons, rings, etc.

🔎 New Age books or items such as smudging sage, crystals, pendulums, mandalas, and sacred geometry.

🔎 Holistic health is filled with New Age and demonic practices that can open you up to demonic spirits. You may need to get rid of books, devices, or pendants with crystals or programmed with quantum frequencies to protect against negative energies or EMF’s, things having to do with ayurvedic medicine, chakras, acupuncture, reiki, yoga, etc.

🔎 Certain children’s books or movies, such as Harry Potter (which encourage children to seek access to spiritual power unauthorized by God)

🔎 Movies or books with occult messages, extreme violence, excessive foul language, focus on death and destruction, or explicit sexual content

🔎 Yoga videos, New Age videos ('The Secret', manifesting, meditation, etc.)

After going through your house, put all the items in a box.

First, repent for each activity you were involved in with the items. Then, get rid of all of them.

Here’s how:

🔥Items that burn easily should be burned. All other items should be thrown away or buried. This is the first step to cleanse your environment from demonic influence so God’s presence is welcome.

🙏 Now that you have removed all the items from your home or location, it’s important to pray over your space to drive out any demonic spirits that have had legal right to be there.

❤️ Invite the Holy Spirit to fill your home. Anytime you remove something demonic from a space, invite the Holy Spirit to fill the space. If you are the owner of the location, you have the spiritual authority to cleanse it.

Next, take some anointing oil and walk around your house and anoint all doors and windows with anointing oil. Anoint the 4 corners of the house and the property.

While doing it you can pray something like this:

“Thank you Holy Spirit for your presence here right now. Thank you Jesus for releasing Your angels to sweep this place clean of every unclean spirit and every evil thing. Holy Spirit, You are the only spirit allowed in this place. I invite you to fill this place with Your presence.

“Thank you, Jesus, for the blood that you shed on the cross and the stripes that you bore for our freedom from the kingdom of darkness and sin. It’s by Your authority that I command all demonic spirits and everything from the kingdom of darkness to leave right now, in Jesus name! Thank You Jesus that You are King in this place! Thank You for Your presence in this house.”

TESTIMONIES FROM THIS WEEK

Let’s give God the glory for these testimonies:

🎉 Sciatic pain gone: a woman came to worship under the tent on Tuesday and was limping as she walked up to the tent. We asked her what was wrong and how we could pray. Her pain level was 8 out of 10 from sciatica. We prayed for her and by the time she left, her pain was GONE!! From a level 8 to a 0!

🎉 Leg pain gone: Another woman came to PV to do some of our services and pray in our sanctuary. She had pain and inflammation in her leg and we talked about some possible suplements that could help. After spending time in our sanctuary praying by herself, the Holy Spirit touched her body and she left with no pain!!!

🎉 God provided for our event: We needed a sound system and a microphone for our event today and God provided a free system for us to use from a local church!

🎉 Eye Pain Gone: a man who is a part of our ministry came to visit from out of town and his wife came with him. She has struggled with pain in her eyes for years and has traveled the world visiting many doctors, hoping for relief, but nothing was working. When her husband was in our sanctuary praying with us, we felt led to pray for her even though she was not there with us. When he went back to the hotel, she shared with him that there was no pain in her eyes!!

Thank You, Jesus that You are still healing people today!! We give You all the glory!

HOW TO HANDLE SPIRITUAL WARFARE AND ATTACKS OF THE ENEMY

When demonic attacks happen, it's far too easy to become introspective, thinking that you have done something to cause it and you might start questioning God.

Questions you might ask during an attack:
🔎 “Why is this happening?”
🔎 “What door did I open to cause this?”
🔎 “Did I do something wrong that is causing this?”
🔎 “Why did God not protect me from this?”

All of these questions get you off track to the point that you are not able to fight the enemy effectively because you either feel guilty, responsible, doubtful, deserving, vulnerable, violated, condemned, fearful, or self-conscious.

All of these allow doubt to take root in your mind, which causes you to be unstable and vulnerable to the enemy even more.

The enemy wants you to doubt, question, and wonder why it’s happening so he can keep you from standing firm in your identity and using your authority to defeat him.

⚔️ The TRUTH is that you are a soldier in the army of God.

⚔️ You are here on assignment by God to destroy the kingdom of darkness to set the captives free and to display the love of God to this earth.

You are not a Christian to avoid hardship. God does not promise us a life without trials and challenges. Quite the opposite!

God tells us that we will face challenges and gives us the appropriate response to have in these situations:

📖 “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.” James 1:2-4

📖 “You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.” 2 Timothy 2:3-4

📖 “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18

No where in the Bible does it say that we are supposed to have a life of ease.

Whatever goes on in our circumstances is part of our assignment to display God‘s love and manifest the kingdom of heaven in this dark world.

We are to have joy no matter the circumstances we are in, to shine His light, and to release His kingdom on this earth.

We are citizens of heaven on a mission to represent God’s kingdom on earth as His ambassadors.

So that means we will be in dark places, challenging situations because that is where the enemy is at work, right?

We are bringing God’s light into those dark places and displacing the darkness.

But if we are looking at our circumstances for stability and safety instead of God, we are living on shifting sand and are in danger of falling.

Storms of life come to all of us. If we are praying against the storm, it reveals that we are afraid of the storm and consequently have no authority over it.

Fear can never be our motive in spiritual warfare. We must stay founded on the rock by obeying God, following Him, and not get distracted by what we see around us. We must live from the unseen realm and pray from that place of faith in God.

While in prayer about the hurricane and the previous one, God led me to pray the word “thwarted”. That the enemies plans would be thwarted.

THWART means:
👉 to oppose successfully : defeat the hopes or aspirations of.
👉 to run counter to so as to effectively oppose or baffle.

The Word is the sword of the Spirit and is our weapon against the enemy. ⚔️

Pray that this evil hurricane will be thwarted!

BANDANA TESTIMONY

“We were leaving church and my friend (Krissy!) had a sudden back pain towards the end of the evening that had her bent over and basically unable to move!

“We began praying and declaring the word of God as she professed outloud her identity in Christ and spoke truth aloud over herself too!

“The pain let up enough for her to stand up and she began thanking the Lord!

“We were leaving the church about 30 mins later to go get dinner and she said the pain was still present.

“I happened to have my bandana with the scriptures tied around my baby’s car seat that Becky had given us!

“I said “wait!” before we all pulled out, took the bandana to her and laid it over her back to have there while she drove, and by the time we got to the restaurant, the pain was gone!

“She said the bandana felt hot as it layed across her back! Jesus is a mighty healer!!!”
