We are searching for a Part-Time Bilingual Administrative Assistant to help us organize and rebuild. Email [email protected].

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILIDADES:
- Maintain a well-organized church office (files and documents kept current and accessible)/Mantener una oficina de la iglesia bien organizada (archivos y documentos actualizados y de fácil acceso).
- Order supplies (worship, kitchen, office, etc)/Ordenar suministros (para el culto, la cocina, la oficina, etc.).
- Keep an accessible church calendar/Mantener un calendario de la iglesia accesible y actualizado.
- Schedule building use/Programar el uso del edificio.
- Pick up mail at PO and distribute as necessary
Recoger el correo en la oficina postal y distribuirlo según sea necesario.
- Church communications – keep congregation, leadership, and community informed through newsletters, email updates, keep current directory(ies)/Comunicaciones de la iglesia: mantener informada a la congregación, al liderazgo y a la comunidad mediante boletines, correos electrónicos, y mantener actualizado(s) el/los directorio(s).
- Social Media/publicity – updates on Facebook, website, etc/Redes sociales/publicidad: actualizar Facebook, el sitio web, etc.

QUALITIES NEEDED/Cualidades necesarias:

Bilingual/ Bilingüe
Good social skills/Buenas habilidades sociales.
Good organizational skills/Buenas habilidades organizativas.
Time management/Manejo efectivo del tiempo.
Computer/tech savvy/Conocimientos y destrezas en computación y tecnología.
Understanding of nonprofit organizational operations/Conocimientos de cómo se maneja una organización sin fines de lucro

TIME COMMITMENT 10 hrs. a week on site/Tiempo 10 horas semanales en el lugar
Pay/Salario 17.50 x hr
