Pastor Jackson continued his message from Sunday: Stand Firm in the Gospel (Keeping it Firm in the Gospel). With the enemy (Satan) running to and fro to see who he can devour – Job 1:7, I Peter 5:8; we must STAND FIRM in the Gospel to overcome the wiles of the enemy (devil) – Ephesians 6:11.

Sunday, September 6th. We fellowshipped with Pastor Gamaska Vickers at his 14th Pastoral Appreciation at Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church #2.
Pastor Aaron Barnes of New Life in Jesus Ministry – Dothan delivered the message: “The Word Can Change a Dead Situation” (Ezekiel 37)

Here’s an excerpt of the message: “. . . . And don't you know that the Bible says that the Word is living; its power is sharper than a two-edged sword. So, Ezekiel kept on preaching. Oh, ye dry bones 🦴 , hear the word of the Lord! And when he kept on preaching, he heard a noise. He felt a shake, and something was going on in that valley. And I could see him as he looked over and saw a toe bone that was finding itself to the foot bone, and the foot bone was finding its way, came together. You see, we need folk in the church that has a good footing. We need folk in the church that's not afraid to stand. You see, we got some folk in the church that will not stand, but we need some folk that's not afraid to stand. And then the foot bone hooked up with the ankle bone, the ankle bone joined the leg bone, and the leg bone found the knee bone, and we need some praying saints. We need a praying church that's not afraid to go down on that knee and have a little talk with Jesus. Tell him all about your troubles. Tell him all about what's going on, because you see, PRAYER CHANGE THINGS . . . “
