What an incredible day of learning and fellowship!

On Saturday, August 1, Trinity Lutheran Church was blessed to host a Lutheran Early Response Team (LERT) Training in our fellowship hall. We were thrilled to welcome more than 25 participants from the congregation who gathered to learn how they can serve their neighbors in times of disaster and crisis.

Throughout the day, members received training on how Lutheran volunteers can safely and effectively respond following hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and other disasters, sharing not only practical help but also the love and compassion of Christ.

It was encouraging to see so many people willing to answer God's call to serve others with willing hands and caring hearts. Thank you to everyone who attended, helped organize the event, and made the day such a success!

As Lutherans, we believe that faith naturally bears fruit in acts of love and service. We pray that these newly trained volunteers will be a blessing to countless individuals and families in the years ahead.
