Dear God,

Thank you for walking with us through both busy days and quiet moments.

Give us courage to serve, wisdom to listen, and grace to welcome others as beloved children of God.

May we be signs of hope, justice, and compassion wherever this day leads.

Amen.

Some seasons are for planting.
Some seasons are for harvesting.
And some seasons are simply for putting one foot in front of the other.

Wherever you find yourself today, may you know that God walks with you there.

May this week bring moments of grace you didn't expect, strength for the work before you, and reminders that you do not walk alone.

God's presence goes with you into every meeting, every conversation, every challenge, and every opportunity to serve.

Peace for the journey ahead.

06/05/2026

As the week comes to a close, may you release the need to have everything figured out.

Some prayers are still unfolding. Some questions remain unanswered. Some dreams are still taking shape.

Trust that God is at work even in the unfinished places.

May peace find you this weekend.

Psalm 126 reminds us that tears are not wasted in God’s kin-dom.

“Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy.” — Psalm 126:5

Some seasons ask us simply to keep planting:
kindness,
hope,
justice,
care for one another,
even when we are weary.
God is still at work beneath the surface.
Joy may not arrive quickly.
But grace is growing in places we cannot yet see.

Wear your red tomorrow.
05/23/2026

Wear your red tomorrow.

Before the flames.
Before the preaching.
Before the crowds.
There was waiting.
Prayerful waiting.
Hopeful waiting.
Faithful waiting together.
On this Vigil of Pentecost, may we make room for the Spirit to surprise us again—
with wisdom,
with courage,
with joy,
and with the power to love our neighbors more deeply.
Come, Holy Spirit.

Helena, mother of Constantine, died around 330

Women have always helped shape the history of the church.

Helena, mother of Constantine, used her influence to support places of worship, encourage pilgrimage, and preserve the stories of faith for future generations.

Empires rise and fall.
Acts of faithful leadership endure.

May we continue building communities where faith can flourish for generations to come.
