On this Resurrection Sunday I'm thankful for when I could never be good enough to earn salvation one came and lived, and died, and rose again who could secure salvation for all mankind if they would only trust Him as their Savior! The only sinless one to ever live died in the place of sinners so that we could become the sons of God. Paul said in 1 Corinthians 6 (KJV):

⁹ Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
¹⁰ Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
But praise be to God....that while that may be who I used to be, that may be who you used to be, and for some that may be who you are currently...that doesn't have to be who you are any longer. Because He lives I can face tomorrow as a child of the King. You can be washed, sanctified, and justified through the shed blood of Jesus today by accepting what He already accomplished by dying on that cross... redemption for sinful man. He who knew no sin became sin for us. I can't boast of anything about me today. I'm not worthy of any praise whatsoever. But He is worthy of all praise today! Because He lives! Amen and amen!!
