Bible Lutheran Church Sewing Love along with Cornerstone E-Free making 1,000 eyeglass cases for Awakening Lives to World Missions for Vietnam and Cambodia... made 1000 last year too plus well over 1000 items for Operation Christmas Child and Hope Found Cancun. And, all together, we're about 6 or 7 strong... but productive! 😄

Week 2: We packed 150 boxes to add to 50 from last weekend. We'll pack a few more throughout the week. We're a drop-off location as well.

Last Sunday we packed 50 boxes for Operation Christmas Child... next Sunday, we'll do 150. It was a blessing to habe Dr. Lindberg with us, decked out in his blaze orange hunting cap! We also had a Japanese family join us and a friend, from Jordan, dropped by. Thank you, everyone!

We still don't have a regular pastor, though Pastor Norman Hoffeld, our pastor for 24 years has made guest appearances. We've also had Pastor Paul, Pastor Dan, Pastor Lyle, Erik, and Biship Jacobs (South Sudan) stopped by for a bidet. Stop in and woship with us. We have lots going on!

BLC's ministry, Sewing Love, made 23 quilts, 65 backpacks, 75 pencil cases, 55 book bags, about 80 hair scrunchies, bin liners, apron, Lego bags and more! We are in Mexico now!

The mission team has arrived in Mexico. Church at 11:00, probably lunch with the pastor. We'll see what else God has for us today!

Mexico Mission Team leaves tomorrow for Hope Found Cancun... school and orphanage. Yesterday we gathered for packing items made by church sewing group, Sewing Love, and praying for the trip. After prayer we dined together.

This Mexico Mission Trip 🇲🇽 started with our group, Sewing Love. Our sewing group has made 50 bookbags and backpacks with pencil cases (we're filling), 23 handmade quilts, bin liners for bins holding kid's clothes, and more!
