BEREAVEMENT NOTICE

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, colleague in ministry, and faithful servant of God, Bishop Lee McClain.

Please continue to keep his wife and the entire McClain family lifted in prayer during this difficult season of bereavement.

Bishop McClain was a faithful member of the Missionary Baptist Ministers’ Conference of Washington, D.C. & Vicinity and a devoted evangelist .

Throughout his years of ministry, Bishop McClain remained committed to preaching Christ, winning souls, encouraging the saints, and advancing the Kingdom of God. His voice, presence, fellowship, and commitment to the Gospel will be deeply missed by our Conference and the greater Washington metropolitan faith community.

The Apostle Paul declared:

> “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.”
> — 2 Timothy 4:7

Bishop McClain fought the good fight. He finished his course. He kept the faith.
