Jesus made a prayer in John 17:3 - “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” This prayer emphasises on the need of everyone to have an informed experience of God in order to manifest eternal life.
We are living in an era where there is an urgent need to preach the Gospel to non-believers to experience eternal life as well as empower believers all across the world to witnesses of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our heart's desire is to help unveil Jesus to His bride. The church is in dire need of a clear revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ and that we would see HIm rightly.
It is for these reasons that Jesus Encounter and Taji Ministries are partnering together and holding a conference geared at Unveiling Jesus at the Pride Inn Hotel Conference Center at the Signature Mall in Nairobi, Kenya on October 6-7, 2023 to demonstrate a loving and life-giving God. Paul writes by inspiration of the Holy Spirit in 1 Corinthians 2:4-5 -”And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.” One of the effective and impactful ways to preach Jesus and draw many into His Kingdom is to demonstrate His power, that we may all depend on (and have our faith anchored on) His power: 1 Corinthians 4:20 - “For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.”
