Pastoral Council Meeting will be Tuesday, Sept. 8th after the 6pm Mass at the Parish Hall.
Dime Box VFD: The annual picnic and BBQ will be held this Sunday, September 6th, at the Diamond I Venue. BBQ sales begin at 7:00am along with beans and potato salad and red loop sausage. The Live Auction begins at 3:00pm and there will be kids’ activities, Bingo, Country Store and Raffle Tickets for sale, and music by Michael Craig. Please come out and support our local fire department.
Ladies Altar Society: A meeting/social will be held on Tuesday, September 15th at 6:30pm in the Parish Hall. All ladies are invited.
CCD: Parents, remember to take your child/children to Mass and to class.
NEW Altar Server Training: Any students that have completed the sacrament of First Communion are eligible to be an altar server. Training will be held Saturday, September 12th at 6pm, after the 5pm Mass.
Next Generation Youth Group: First Youth Group meeting will be held, Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Students who have completed Confirmation will transition to the Youth Group organization. This organization focuses on development and empowerment of young individuals, as well as fostering skills such as leadership, teamwork and community engagement.

Altar Server Training: Training will be held on Sunday, September 20, after Mass. Children who have received First Communion and would like to begin serving are welcome to attend. Current altar servers are expected to come as well, for a refresher. All who attend will be placed on the regular serving rotation. Parents, please have your child remain after Mass that Sunday.

Fall Festival: October 4th Schedule
October is almost here and we need to get ready for our Fall Festival. We need everyone’s helping to make this event successful. There is a sign-up sheet in the narthex, please sign up for areas where you would like to work.
Here is a condensed list of tasks:
Week of:
Pricing & staging country store items, tagging & recording auction items, ordering & picking up chicken dinner supplies.
Saturday: Oct. 3rd
8:00am start peeling potatoes, setting up hall for meals, auction, staging country store items, setting up canopies for outside use.
Sunday: Oct. 4th
8:00am start cutting & boxing cakes, setting up meal line and To-Go plate lines, setting up drink table, cooking chicken (prepping, flouring, frying, boxing, clean up), kitchen runners, ticket sales, kid’s games, Country Store (final setup, sales, checkout), Auction (final setup, spotters, record keepers, stage helpers, checkout), money counters, clean up.
Don’t forget your 2-liter sodas for the Kid’s Ring Toss.
Live Auction - Please contact April Vecera and let her know what you plan to donate so that she can start getting the list together. All items need to be on the list and in the PAC (if possible) before Sunday, Aug 27th. If you would like to make a cash donation to go towards a Holy Family Parishioners item, you can drop an envelope labeled “Auction Item” into the Sunday collection. Reminder, make sure donation items are delivered or notified a week in advance.
Silent Auction – In addition to the Live Auction, we also need items for the Silent Auction. We are limiting the number of items so that we can space them out more. Please contact Susan Bayer so she can get that set up as well.
Country Store – Homemade craft items, fresh vegetables, canned and baked items like breads and pastries are always good sellers and go fast so please start making your list of items and let Joyce Paulk know what you plan on bringing.
Raffle – If you need any more raffle tickets or you would like to be a sponsor, reach out to Tanya Sulak.
