Father,

Thank You for the expectancy rising in my heart that You have good things in store for me. Thank You that my hopes and dreams can be in You alone. I believe and declare that nothing is going to keep me from what You have in store.

Discussion of the Day

We all have dreams we’ve given up on. Too often we think it’s been too long, we’ve made too many mistakes, the problem will never turn around, and we accept that it’s always going to be this way. But just because it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean it’s not going to happen. Who told you that you’re not going to love again, not going to be healthy again, or not going to get the house loan? That didn’t come from God. It may feel like it’s over, but God is saying, “I’m still going to bring that dream to pass.”

Now you have to get in agreement with God and start expecting again.

As long as you think it will never work out, that’s going to keep you from the new things God has in store. Don’t believe those lies. Start dreaming again, start believing again. Freedom is in your future. Wholeness belongs to you. Get your passion back. Stir up your gifts. What God promised you He’s still going to bring to pass. I love you all and have a blessed day.

Father,

Thank You that You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord my provider. Thank You that I can set my trust in You completely rather than in what the world tells me to trust in. I believe and declare that You give me peace, and I will rest in You in all the circumstances of my life.

Discussion of the Day

In modern times, today’s Scripture would say, “Some trust in money and some in their job. Some trust in what the economists say, but we trust in the God who created it all. He’s called Jehovah Jireh, the Lord our provider.” When you meditate on that, you won’t have fear. You’ll have peace and be at rest. You know God is in control, and He can give you victory. But it all depends on what’s going on in your thought life. You can meditate on the problem or you can meditate on the promises.

Meditating on the problem doesn’t make it better; it makes it worse.

If you don’t set your mind on trusting God, the enemy will set it for you. He will remind you of how bad you have it, how many mistakes you’ve made, all the people who have come against you, and on and on. Your life is going to follow your thoughts. I love you all and have a blessed day.
