Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church is one of the oldest Baptist congregations in the county. The date of its origin is unknown, but has existed as early as 1845. The original log church building stood north of Fellowship Cemetery. In 1880, the church acquired property south of the cemetery from Samuel and Sarah B. This is where the present "church house" is located.
