📢 Important Celebrate Recovery Update

After much prayer, discussion, and consideration, New Beginnings Church has made the decision to conclude our Celebrate Recovery ministry.

Our final Celebrate Recovery gatherings will be:
đź“… Sunday, June 28th đź•• 6:00 PM
📅 Tuesday, June 30th 🕡 6:30 PM

We are deeply grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, shared their journey, found support, extended grace, and experienced healing alongside us. Celebrate Recovery has been a meaningful part of our church family, and we thank God for the lives that have been touched through this ministry.

While this chapter is coming to a close, our commitment to sharing the hope, love, and healing found in Jesus Christ remains unchanged. We encourage everyone who has participated in Celebrate Recovery to join us for these final gatherings as we celebrate what God has done and pray for what He will continue to do in the future.
Thank you to all of the volunteers, leaders, sponsors, participants, and supporters who have faithfully served throughout the years.

"Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." — Philippians 1:6

Verse of the Day — Isaiah 43:18–19 (NLT)
“Forget all that—it is nothing compared to what I am going to do… I am about to do something new.”
Church Prayer Focus 🤍
Church family, today we are joining together in prayer, asking the Lord to make His will clear as we seek a new home for our church.
Father God,
We trust You with what has been and with what is ahead. Help us release the former things and open our eyes to the new work You are already doing among us. If this next step is from You, make the path unmistakably clear. If it is not, gently close the doors that are not meant for us.
Lord, You promise to make a way through the wilderness and to bring rivers in dry places. We ask that You lead us—step by step—into the place where Your people can gather, heal, grow, and serve. Align our hearts with Yours, unite us in faith, and give us peace as we wait on Your direction.
We trust You completely.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

📣 Message to the Church Family (Call to Prayer)

New Beginnings Church Family,
Today, Monday, December 29th, I’m asking our church body to join together in prayer and discernment. We are standing at an important crossroads as a church, and more than anything, we want to walk in obedience to the Lord—not ahead of Him, not behind Him, but with Him.
We are seeking God’s clear direction regarding the land opportunity and the possibility of building a church home. We are not asking God to bless our desires—we are asking Him to reveal His will.
I’m inviting you to pray the prayer below with me today. Pray it slowly. Pray it honestly. Pray it with open hands and surrendered hearts. And trust that the Lord, who promises wisdom to those who ask, will make His way clear.
In Jesus’ name,
Mychal

🙏 A Unified Prayer for Discernment & God’s Will

Heavenly Father,
We come before You today as Your people—humble, grateful, and dependent on You. We acknowledge first that You are Lord, and we are not. Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your wisdom surpasses our understanding.
Lord, we ask You now, in the name of Jesus, to make Your will abundantly clear for New Beginnings Church. If this land and the building of a church home is from You, we ask that You would open doors no one can shut, bring peace that surpasses understanding, and confirm Your direction through unity, provision, and clarity.
But Father, if this is not Your way—if this is not Your timing, or not Your plan—we ask You just as boldly to close doors, remove confusion, and gently but firmly redirect our steps. Protect us from striving in our own strength or building something You have not ordained.
We lay down every personal desire, every fear, every sense of urgency, and every human expectation at Your feet. We do not want a building without Your presence. We do not want growth without Your guidance. We want You—Your will, Your timing, Your glory.
Give our leaders wisdom. Give our church unity. Give us ears to hear and hearts that are quick to obey. Let there be no division, no pressure, no striving—only peace and confidence that comes from walking in step with the Holy Spirit.
Lord, lead us as You led Israel by cloud and fire. Go before us. Make the path clear. And give us the courage to follow wherever You lead—whether that means moving forward or waiting patiently.
We trust You. We surrender to You. And we declare together: Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
We ask all of this in the powerful and faithful name of Jesus.
Amen.

📣 Call to Share Testimony — Preparing the Way
Church Family & Friends 🤍

As we prayerfully seek God’s will for the future of New Beginnings Church, we believe it is important to pause and remember what the Lord has already done among us.
If this church has moved you in any way—
if you have experienced healing, hope, restoration, growth, belonging, or renewal here—
we invite you to share your testimony.
Your story matters.
Please consider writing a short testimony about what this ministry has meant in your life and how God has met you through New Beginnings Church. These testimonies are not about a building—they are about people, about lives changed, and about preparing the way for God’s continued work.
As Scripture reminds us, “They overcame by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.”
We are seeking discernment, unity, and clarity as a church, and your testimony helps us collectively listen for God’s voice and direction.
If you feel led, please send your testimony by message, email, or written form as instructed by church leadership.
Thank you for being part of what God is doing. We trust Him to lead us—step by step—as we prepare the way.

With love and expectation,
New Beginnings Church Leadership

Church Family & Friends — Let’s Pray Together 🤍

Heavenly Father,

We come before You as Your people, humbled and expectant. You are the God who goes before us, the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way.

Lord, You see the heart of New Beginnings Church. You see our desire to welcome people just as they are, to create a place of healing, restoration, and freedom in the name of Jesus.

Father, we ask not for our will—but for Your will. If this land and this future home are from You, we ask that You make it unmistakably clear. Open the doors no one can shut. Provide what only You can provide.
And if this is not Your plan, we trust You to redirect us with clarity, peace, and unity. Guard us from striving and lead us by Your Spirit.

We ask You to move hearts, align resources, and strengthen our faith—not for a building, but for the people You are calling home.

We place this dream at Your feet and declare our trust in You alone.

In the powerful name of Jesus we pray,
Amen.
