Join the Circle Of Pagan Mothers Event Committee!

Circle Of Pagan Mothers is seeking a few dedicated Event Committee Members to help us bring our events, fundraisers, and community projects to life. While this role carries less responsibility than a board position, it is equally important to the success of our mission and does require commitment.

Duties include:
- Assisting with the creation and ex*****on of community events
- Supporting fundraisers, food drives, and seasonal projects
- Helping with event planning, setup, and coordination
- Bringing ideas, energy, and teamwork to the table

The Ideal Committee Member:
- Creative, dependable, and willing to collaborate
- Excited about building community through events and service
- Able to commit time for meetings, planning, and event participation.

This is a volunteer role that offers the chance to make a real impact while working alongside a supportive team.

Dear Circle Of Pagan Mothers community,

As I looked back, I realized that last month’s newsletter (May) was our 22nd. Just shy of two full years of monthly offerings, reflections, and shared wisdom. It’s been an honor to share this sacred space with you through these words and seasons.

With love and a deep breath, I’m writing to let you know that I will no longer be producing the monthly COPM newsletter. My spiritual path is evolving, and much of my time, energy, and devotion is now being poured into building Sacred Spirit - A Feral Church, a soul-led community aligned with the next chapter of my path.

This shift is not a departure from Circle Of Pagan Mothers. COPM will always live in my heart as one of the most meaningful chapters of my spiritual leadership and I will still be involved in the background. But this is a recognition that I cannot hold the torch alone. And truthfully, no one should. Community requires many hands, and many voices.

I hold hope that new voices will rise to continue the work in ways that are authentic to them and out mission. If and when that happens, I’ll be cheering them on and always available as a root system beneath it all.

Thank you for walking this path with me, for your open hearts, and for being part of this evolving story.

As our community continues to grow and evolve, so too does our leadership. We want to share an important update with you all:

Christine Ann, our founder and visionary, will be stepping back from the primary leadership role within Circle Of Pagan Mothers. This shift allows her to focus more deeply on the spiritual development of Sacred Spirit – A Feral Church, a calling that has been unfolding with great purpose and alignment.

In her place, Katlynn Colquitt, our vice president, will be stepping into a more direct leadership role for Circle Of Pagan Mothers. Katlynn’s commitment to our community, her grounded presence, and her collaborative spirit make her the perfect person to help guide our collective forward. With her leadership, COPM will continue to stay community-driven, heart-centered, and in alignment with our shared values.

Christine will still remain involved in the circle as a guiding elder and sacred voice, but her primary energy will now be devoted to building Sacred Spirit as a spiritual home for deeper ritual, teaching, and healing.

Please join us in honoring this transition and celebrating the growth it brings for both COPM and Sacred Spirit.

We want to share with our community that Melissa Vail has officially resigned from the position of Programs Director of Circle Of Pagan Mothers. She has chosen to step away to focus on her own endeavors and personal path.

We thank Melissa for her contributions during her time with Circle Of Pagan Mothers and wish her well on her continued journey.
