Brother Knights,
Monsignor Richter attended tonight's Queen of Peace KC Council 9950 meeting in gratitude for our service this summer and intends to be with us monthly moving forward with a few minutes of spiritual enrichment focused on prayer.
Our focus was this Saturday's Celebration of Life community event being hosted by Queen of Peace and Trinity, with a symposium 1-4PM at THS, Mass at 4PM, and a family friendly outdoor celebration to follow including food from the Four Corners Cafe, live music, and inflatable games.
Monsignor Richter desires 1) our attendance, and 2) our service, if possible.
The Knights are charged with security in the beer gardens. You'll be provided with a t-shirt, or wear your KC polo. Shifts are as follows: 4:30-7:00PM, and/or 7:00 to 9:30PM.
If you are in for one of these shifts, Monsignor would also ask that you come to the parish at 8AM Saturday morning for a brief training session.
A final option is to sign up to be part of the clean up crew at 9:30PM when the event ends. We want the building and grounds to be ready for Sunday morning Mass.
The link below is an editable document - you can add your own name to a shift. Or, email Carter.

A motion was made by Jason Jacobs and seconded by Todd Dorval to donate $500 to Connect Medical Clinic in conjunction with Saturday's event. Motion passed.
Next KC Council 9950 meeting is Thursday September 15th at 7PM.
