Together, We’re Stronger.

At Crossview Christian Camp, some of the most meaningful moments happen when we come together. Whether it’s serving campers, supporting one another, or tackling a challenge as a team, we’re reminded that no one is meant to do life alone.

This picture is a great reminder that when each person brings their strengths and is willing to step in and help, amazing things happen. Teamwork isn’t just about getting the job done—it’s about building trust, encouraging one another, and showing the love of Christ through unity.

We’re grateful for a team that serves with willing hearts and a shared mission. Together, we’re making a difference in the lives of every child and family who comes through Crossview. If you want to learn more about our team, use the button below and contact us.

As we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy in America this week, let’s remember where true freedom begins.

Our freedom started at the Cross!

Through the sacrifice of Jesus, we are offered forgiveness for who we are, given a purpose despite the burdens and anxieties of this world, and ultimately recieve the gift of eternal life.

No earthly freedom compares to the hope and salvation found in Him.

“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” — John 8:36 🇺🇸✝️

This week may be a little quieter around camp as our staff enjoys a well-deserved holiday break, but before heading out, we had a great time building our team and strengthening the relationships that make camp so special.

We’re refreshed, excited, and counting down the days until we welcome our campers next week! We can’t wait to see everyone and make another week full of fun, faith, friendship, and unforgettable memories.

Have a safe and happy holiday—we’ll see our campers soon! 🇺🇸☀️🏕️

Crossview Families,

Camp time is finally upon us and we can't wait to spend a great week with your kiddos. I wanted to make sure you are all up to date on changes for this summer.

I was hired as the new director in late February and we have been trying to catch up on several things all spring long, including implementing new requirement by the state as part of House Bill and Senate Bill 1. These were put into place after the tragic events at Camp Mystic last summer. We have also had to make many long-needed repairs and improvements to some facilities here at camp. This is an ongoing process but the things that are completed will make for a much safer and enjoyable summer for your child. Because of this, we are not using one cabin this summer that has been used for campers in the past. So, we have had to adjust to girls' weeks and boys' weeks, for this summer only. Here is our updated schedule so I can make sure you are aware of the changes that have been posted on our website and pages:

Monday June 8- Thursday June 11 Elementary Girls (ages 7-12)
Monday June 15-Thursday June 18 Elementary Boys (ages 7-12) This camp is full.
Monday June 22-Thursday June 25 Teen Girls (ages 13-17)
Monday June 29-Saturday July 4 Camp is closed for July 4th Holiday
Monday July 6-Thursday July 9 Teen Boys (ages 13-17)

Drop off time is from 11am-noon on Monday. Pickup time is 1:00pm on Thursday. Please send you camper with the following items:
Bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows)
Clothing for 4 days (shorts, shirts, socks, underwear, and sleep clothes. No tank tops, sleeveless shirts, short shorts, or leggings)
Toiletries (please send deodorant, tooth brush, tooth paste, hair brush, etc.)
Swim suits and shirts (for boys) and covers (for girls)
Closed toed shoes for camp and sandals/slides for pool and cabin
Sun screen
Insect repellent
Money for concession stand, available during pool time (all items are $1, please don't send more than $10)
Towels for showers and pool
Hats, caps, and sunglasses
Dirty clothes bag
NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES (phones, Ipads, gaming systems, etc)
Any prescriptions and instructions (in original containers) must give to camp staff
Please label everything with your camper's name
Please leave at home any jewelry, large amounts of money, pocket knives, or anything prohibited by camp.

I will review your application early the week before your camp and let you know if you qualify for scholarships. If you need to reach your camper, you can call the camp number 806-294-5021 or my cell at 903-227-5528. If your camper needs to reach you, we will use the same methods. This is a short camp and a great time to unplug from the world and plug into the presence of Jesus Christ!

We look forward to seeing you guys soon. Contact me with any questions or concerns. Please keep in mind, we are EXTEMELY buys getting ready for camp so please have patience.

Be blessed,

Corey Savage

Crossview Families,

My name is Corey Savage and I am the new Executive Director at camp. This has been a very challenging spring trying to get ready for camp. Because of several facility issues and challenges hiring staff, we are going to go with a different schedule for this summer. All camps will be Monday-Thursday. The website was suppose to be updated and it was not. We will also only be using one cabin for our camper so we will have girls and boys weeks. Here is the schedule:

June 8-11. Elementary girls (age 7-12)
June 15-18. Elementary boys (7-12)
June 22-25. Teen girls (age 13-17)
July 6-9. Teen boys (13-17)

I apologize for the changes but this is the best way for us to go forward this summer. Camp will be in much better shape next season.

Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns. [email protected].

We are looking forward to a great summer!
