Making Church a Priority: A Call to Deepen Our Faith & Relationships
In the busyness of life, it’s so easy to let Sunday mornings slip away. But what if we saw every gathering as more than just a routine? What if attending church became a reminder of who we are and who we’re called to be — a community of believers growing in faith and love together.
When we make church a priority, we don't just show up to fill a seat; we show up to be transformed. We show up to worship, to be filled, and to pour out. We come to encourage one another, to serve, and to walk through life together. There’s something powerful about being consistent in this—about making the choice to stay rooted in God’s word, in His people, and in His mission.
Just as we make our jobs and hobbies a priority....we should make church an even greater priority! We should give God our first fruits and that includes being faithful to church when the doors are open. Be faithful to YOUR church it matters!
Every Sunday isn’t just about the sermon; it’s about the relationships we build in the pews, the prayers we offer for one another, and the ways we step up to serve. It’s about showing up for someone who needs a friend, serving in a ministry that needs a hand, and allowing God to work through us in small, everyday ways.
When we prioritize church, we invest in what matters most — our relationships with God and each other.
So, this week, let’s reflect: What does it look like for us to make space for God’s presence in our busy lives? How can we show up not just as individuals but as a family, supporting one another and growing together?
God is doing something beautiful in His church. Let's be a part of it, not just for ourselves, but for the community we're called to love and serve.
