REPENT!
November 30th, 2021

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God. Have you ever done someone wrong and never apologized? Have you ever sinned and did not ask God to forgive you? Are you currently involved in sinful behavior? Are you in denial? So often in our lives, we place ourselves in positions that push us further away from the will of God. We surround ourselves by people who do not mean us good. We know the Word of God. We know the ways of God. However, we still find our own reasons to disobey them. Does this sound like anyone you know? Does this sound like you?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. My friend, you have done wrong long enough. It is time for you to … REPENT! God has waited patiently for you to get your act together. He has encamped His angels around you, even when you were doing wrong. You know it is time to make a change … for the better. You know the Lord deserves more from you. The Bible declares in 2 Chronicles 7:14 - If my people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. The Lord has promised you three things: He will hear from Heaven; Forgive your sins; and Heal your land. You must understand, in order for the Lord to do what He wants to do, you must first do your part. REPENT! The Lord is Alpha and He is Omega, but you have to do the work in the middle.

My brother, my sister, what sin are you playing with? What thoughts are you contemplating? Are you attempting to ignore the voice of the Lord? Understand this, to repent means to turn from sin and dedicate your life to the things of God. You must make a turn. The Bible declares in James 5:16 - Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Today is your day to REPENT! For all the wrong you have done, REPENT! For the times you stray away, REPENT! For the judgments you passed on someone else, REPENT! For the times you doubted the Lord, REPENT! Thought to Remember: Your life was created with a purpose, never allow sin to destroy it.

Scripture Reading for the Day: John 3:17-18 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

May God Bless you at Your point of need!

When Anger Has Overtaken You
July 2nd, 2021

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God. So often in our lives, we find ourselves engaged in circumstances that have wounded us. You find yourself frustrated and angry about the results of a personal matter. No matter how hard you try, the thoughts weigh heavily on your mind. You pray, but you feel the same. You fast, but you feel the same. You cry out, but you feel the same. You received spiritual advice, but you feel the same. Have you been there? Are you there now?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and speak to you. My friend, what do you do When Anger Has Overtaken You? After all you have attempted to do, the anger seems to remain within you. Over time, people have angered you with their evil words. You know it’s wrong to feel that way, but you do. You feel guilty about your thoughts, but they’re still there. You tell no one fearing their judgment of you. You notice how difficult it has become for you to pray. You cannot focus at work, or in the classroom, or at the church. Yes you are in ministry, but you still have an anger issue. They have moved on with their lives, but you find yourself “stuck” in the same spot. The Bible declares in Ephesians 4:31 - Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:

My brother, my sister, When Anger Has Overtaken You, it is then that youmust ask God to purify your heart. I know you have attempted to let it go, but until you allow God to deliver you, the enemy will continue to use the situation against you. True deliverance comes from God. True healing comes from the Lord. True forgiveness starts with God. Who are you angry with? Have you noticed a hindrance in your spiritual growth? The Bible declares in Ephesians 4:26 - Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Point to Remember: Times of anger will come, but never allow it to control your behavior.

Scripture Reading for Today: Matthew 5:22 But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, ‘Raca!’ shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, ‘You fool!’ shall be in danger of [d]hell fire.

No Résumé Required
June 23rd, 2021

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God. There have been times in my life when I wondered why God called me into ministry. Knowing all the mistakes I have made in my life, I find it strange that God would still want to use me. In 43 years of living, I have said many things I should not have. I have been places I should not have. I have thought things I should not have. I have done things I should not have. The love of God is so real to me. To think how God could know your sins and still hand select you for great works is amazing. Child of God, do you realize how much God truly loves you? In spite of your sins, the Lord still has an assignment on your life. WOW!

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. Think about your life and the many sins you have committed. Think about the poor decisions you have made. Think about the things you knowingly did wrong. Think about the time and energy you spent planning to do wrong. Think about the times the Holy Spirit convicted you of your plans and you still went through with them. Are you thinking back over things now? Guess what, God knew all about it and He still chose you. My friend, the next time someone questions your integrity, your anointing, and/or your calling, respond by telling them, “No Résumé Required.” The Bible declares in 1 Corinthians 1:27 - But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

My brother, my sister, stop allowing the opinions of people to detour you from your destiny. Stop allowing the lies of your peers to alter your progress. Stop allowing the mistakes of yesterday to cloud the achievements of today and the successes of tomorrow. God knew what He was doing when He selected you. He knew what you were doing, what you had done, and what you could potentially do. Beloved, let your haters know, No Résumé Required. God did not ask you to interview for the calling. He picked who He wanted. The Bible declares in Matthew 22:14 - For many are called, but few are chosen. From this day forward, walk in the power God has invested in you. HALLELUJAH!

Scripture Reading for Today: Matthew 6:25-33 New King James Version (NKJV)
Do Not Worry
25 “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?

28 “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

31 “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

In The Beginning God …
May 18th, 2021

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God. So often in our lives, we wonder where is God? What is He doing? Why hasn’t He responded to me? Is He mad at me? Is He up to something? We find ourselves surrounded by unfamiliar and uncomfortable circumstances. Everywhere you look, there seems to be an attack arising. Whether its on your job, in your finances, in your marriage, with your children, in your ministry, your home or even in your faith. Have you been there? Are you there now?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and strengthen you in the Lord. No matter what you find yourself [currently] in, God is much bigger and greater than it. My friend, In The Beginning God … This means, before your problem, your storm, your dilemma, arose, God was already there. Before you realized there was something wrong, God was present. Before you cried out to Him, He responded with a way of escape. The Bible declares in Genesis 1:1 - In the beginning God created … Whatever you are faced with today, God has already created a means of escape and/or protection.

My brother, my sister, God has not forgotten you. He hears each prayer you pray. He wipes every tear your release. What makes you think He has disappeared from? The Bible declares in Hebrews 13:5 - Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Relax, God is in control. Point to Remember: If He was God enough then, He is God enough now!

Scripture Reading for Today: Psalms 118:8 It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in man.

Stop Letting People Put Trash In You!
May 14th, 2021

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God. When you went to bed last night, do you remember what you were thinking about? When you woke up this morning, do you remember the first thought to enter your mind? As you were getting dressed this morning, do you remember what you were thinking about? As you were headed to work or school do you remember what was running through your head? Now that you are at work, home or at school what are you thinking about now? I have learned that often times we spend much of our awakening moments thinking about things we cannot change. We worry ourselves to sleep and wake up the next day still worrying. Whether you realize it or not, your worrying has not brought you any closer to resolving the matter.

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. It amazes me to see how people spend their days. We spend money on things we do not need to impress people we do not like (or do not like us.) We invest in conversations hoping to learn the latest gossip (we call it “news”) about someone. How often do you build up your spirit in a 24-hour period? How often do you spend time in your Bible learning more about the Lord and His plans for your life? Do you realize there are conversations we should ignore, people we should avoid, and things we should destroy? Yes it is true some people want to see you prosper, but it is also true that some people would love to see you fall. My friend, Stop Letting People Put Trash In You! The Bible declares in Joshua 24:23 - Now therefore put away, said he, the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the LORD God of Israel.

My brother, my sister, today, it is time for you to spend less time on unproductive things and more time on the things of God. It is time for you to stop co-workers, family members, and friends from running to you with the latest gossip (or it is time for you to stop running to them with the latest.) It is time for you to put on the Lord Jesus (Romans 13:14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.). Child of God, you are God’s child everyday not just on Sunday! Now is the time to act like it. Beloved, Stop Letting People Put Trash In You! The Bible declares in 2 Corinthians 6:17 - Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

Scripture Reading for Today: Jeremiah 4:4 Circumcise yourselves to the Lord, And take away the foreskins of your hearts, You men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem, Lest My fury come forth like fire, And burn so that no one can quench it, Because of the evil of your doings.”

Just When You Want To Give Up
May 3rd, 2021

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God. So often in our lives, we find ourselves discouraged and depressed. Things are at an all-time low. Nothing seems to be going your way. You wonder how things will work together for your good. No matter how hard you try, your situation(s) seem to get worse. You hate getting up in the morning. Each new day you see brings anger and tears to your eyes. Have you been there? Are you there now?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. My friend, I know how it feels to wonder if God was still on your side. Wondering if He was still a just God. You want to quit. You hate living. You plot ways to rid yourself of the misery. Just When You Want To Give Up, that’s when God will step in for you. The Bible declares in 1 Corinthians 10:13 - There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. Just When You Want To Give Up, God will intervene on your behalf. He knows how hard things are for you. He knows your breaking point. He knows you!

My brother, my sister, what are you dealing with? What pain are you experiencing? Have you given up? Have you lost your faith? The Bible declares in Galatians 6:9 - And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Just When You Want To Give Up, God will always come and see about you. Point to Remember: If you can wait on anyone, learn to wait on God!

Scripture Reading for the Day: Isaiah 40:28-31 28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. 29 He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, 31 But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

Let People Say What They Will!
April 29th, 2021

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God. Have you ever spent hours, days, weeks or years worrying about other people’s opinions? Have you ever attempted to make everyone around you happy? Do you believe you can make everyone happy? Do you believe you can make everyone like and accept you? So often in our lives, we fail to realize how important we are to God. We spend so much time trying to receive man’s kind words, until we shut God out of our lives. The way you wake up and go to sleep usually depends on what has been said about you. Does this sound like anyone you know? Does this sound like you?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. My friend, Let People Say What They Will! You will never be able to please everyone. There are some people who strive to make your life miserable. You can have ten friends. You can treat each of them the same way all the time. In the end, at least one of the ten will complain that you treat him/her different. The Bible declares in James 1:8 - A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. When you spend your time trying to please each person you encounter, your foundation becomes unstable. You find yourself tossed to and fro. You are who the Lord made you to be in this world. You are here to fulfill your purpose by design. Let People Say What They Will! The Bible declares in Psalms 118:8 - It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

My brother, my sister, your God-given assignment will not make everyone happy with you. There will be times when you are misunderstood and misrepresented. You will have fingers pointed in your face. You must stand for righteousness sake. You must not waver. The Bible declares in Matthew 6:24 - No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Let People Say What They Will! Your anointing is not based on man’s opinion. The success and significance of your ministry is not based on the newspaper articles. You cannot spend your days and nights in a corner hiding. You are chosen to help change a generation. Some things will come with the territory. Let People Say What They Will! Thought to Remember: Dear friend, always remember this one thing, when you had nothing to give, God gave His Son, let them talk about that!

Scripture Reading for the Day: Revelation 3:16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.

May God Bless you at Your point of need!
