This , we’re delighted to shine the spotlight on Calvin Presbyterian Church in Detroit, MI.

Calvin East may be small in numbers, but they’re mighty in faithful generosity! Their Women’s Association Bible study group has created a holiday tradition of contributing through items found in the Giving Catalog.

In January 2026, they gave their fourth gift — choosing to give a Water Filter and an Improved Cookstove. Their consistent generosity shows once again that you don’t need a big community to make a global impact!

Let’s throw some love to this amazing group of women – comment with a heart to show them just how inspirational they are.

We hope you can join us for fellowship and good food!

*We follow the Detroit Public Schools schedule, so if they do not have school, we do not serve dinnr that evening. Our Community Dinner program ends May 27, 2026 for the summer.

Hello everyone! We are happy to begin our Wednesday night FREE Community Dinners again. Our first dinner of the season is TONIGHT, Oct. 2nd at 6:30. Our dinners are held in the fellowship hall at Calvin Church - 6125 Cadieux Rd. We hope to see you there!
