What a great day visiting St. Veronica Parish in Eastpointe. This church is very close to our hearts since some of us grew up in this parish and were married here. The church is still just as beautiful as we remember.

We visited St Florian Church today during their Strawberry Festival. St Florian is the patron Saint for all firefighters! Bless you all and thank you for your service!

This morning, our group was honored to travel to the Cathedral of The Most Blessed Sacrament to help clean the Cathedral! What a morning it was! After cleaning, we were given the opportunity to stand among the organ pipes! We even toured the very basement of this Cathedral. Finally we ended with seeing life-sized carvings of the Apostles. Very best of all, we were able to view 1st Class Relics of beloved Saints and Blessed Fr Solanus Casey and wood of the cross. It really was an honor to be there. We are blessed!

How blessed we were today! We enjoyed a mass this afternoon plus we were able to see life-size hand-carved 7' wooden images of the 12 apostles. The best part was that we were able to see 1st Class Relics of these Saints. A wonderful afternoon of reflection. Thank you Fr JJ and staff!
