It is with a deep sense of sadness that we announce the transition of one of the fathers of Great Lakes Second Jurisdiction of Michigan, the Pastor Michael Hollis.

Pastor Hollis was the husband of Jurisdictional Supervisor Emerita Mother Anita Hollis. Pastor Hollis was a loving father and grandfather. He served as the Superintendent to the Historic Shaarey Zedek District. He served as the Chairman of the Jurisdictional Ordination Board and served as the proud Pastor of Tehillim Church of God in Christ.

On behalf of the Jurisdictional Prelate and Supervisor, Bishop Dwight E. Walls Sr., and Mother Jacquline Adside, we ask that you keep the entire Hollis family, the Tehillim Church of God in Christ family, and the Great Lakes Second Jurisdiction uplifted in prayer.

Final arrangments for Pastor Michael Hollis will be forth coming. Please honor and respect the family's privacy during this time.
